Cast Plaque Materials


Cast plaques are typically made from bronze or aluminum. Select bronze for longevity. Select aluminum for a modern look and for a physically lighter plaque.

Bronze plaques are manufactured using sand molds in a state-of-the-art foundry from raw ingot alloyed from the following materials: Equivalent to Copper Development Association Alloy C92200; (88% copper, 6% tin, 4% zinc, 2% lead.)

Aluminum plaques are also manufactured using sand molds in the same manner in which bronze plaques are manufactured. They are significantly lighter than bronze plaques and less expensive.
